When you hire me to be your photographer, you’re also getting your own creative director for your shoot. I will research the locations, poses, outfits, etc. depending on the goals for your shoot.

SO, WHO AM I?
I’m Jules, a fractional Creative Director in San Diego. I graduated with a BA in graphic design and advertising and have worked in PR, and for traditional and digital marketing firms and production studios for the past 20 years in California, Mexico and New York.
I believe every company, whether big or small, with the proper guidance can have a dynamic visual story and, most importantly, one that is truly representative of who they are. I’d love to be a part of yours.

Why hire a fractional creative director?
You can hire me at a more budget friendly rate than you'd pay a full time employee. You’d have the flexibility to carry out a campaign, with time to focus on website design, product launch or video with minimal onboarding.
Can you manage my creative team?
I definitely can and have often been hired to do so. Whether you just need me to provide feedback on a certain campaign, work out a vision with your graphic design team, photographer, videographer or marketing coordinator — I am here to facilitate that process and bring fresh ideas.
Do you take photos?
I do! Depending on the size of the project, I'd be happy to do so. But if the project grows beyond that, requiring my complete attention, I collaborate with amazing photographers that will capture the vision we agree on.
What kind of things can you help me with?
Onsite director for a photoshoot or video
Pre-production planning for shoots or videos: moodboards, model+actor sourcing, scheduling, styling direction, location scouting, etc
Social media managing or I can guide your graphic designer + creative team + marketing team for influencer approach
Branding consultation and execution with designer for websites, logos, style guide
On-set styling

Do you work on a monthly basis?
I can depending on your needs. My goal is to come in and help whenever you require my services. It can be 6 hours, 1 week, 3 months and sometimes even longer.
Can you work with my budget?
Potentially. For bigger and established brands, my minimum is $1,500. If you’re just starting your brand or business, my minimum is $650. This is because I’ve determined that most projects I've come across have usually required at least 3-5 hours.
